For MBA programme, there are many exams like CAT, XAT SNAP and CMAT that you need to appear for. CAT is the most prominent test, whereas, SNAP is a specific test for Symbiosis management programme only. No, it will not impact your placements. You just need to be able to convince the employer with a valid reason for the gap. So, don't bother and focus on your MBA.

This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Accounts/ research / academics/teaching area then M.Com is better. However, if you want to move into general management then MBA is better.

You can't do only BBA course in this college. Because BBA is a dual degree course BBA + MBA which is a 5 years duration course.
