There is no subject / specialization wherein Job guarantee is there. However there are ample jobs for people who are flexible, willing to learn & have the positive attitude. If a person has clarity on what he wants to do in life then he can comfortable locate a job for himself, yes the remuneration my not be matching his/her expectations but then remunerations is a function of time, experience & skills acquired so have patience and all will fall into place.

Say if you have HRM then it will give you insight on various areas Human Resources & labor laws thus it will assist you to pursue a career in HR.
