Most of the B schools abroad prefer the candidates who are having good work experience. It will be an add on to your programme if you have good work experience. So, 2-3 or 3-5 years of work experience will be good to pursue MBA from top universities. By having work experience you will be able to know in which areas you are interested and you can choose the specializations accordingly.

Yes, international school of management studies is a good option for MBA. You can go for this college. Placement scenario is also good. You can expect placement in top IT companies like tcs, wipro, Infosys, cognizant, capgemini etc. They visit the campus.
