Since you are a graduate, you can enroll directly for the Executive level of CS. You have to register for the programme through the official website: https://icsi.edu/home/. The exams are held twice in a year, one during June and December. There are cut-off dates before which you have to register for the exam that you are planning to take. The fees is Rs.10k if you are from non-commerce background. You may refer the official site of ICSI: https://smash.icsi.in/Documents/ONLINEREGISTRATION.pdf for more details.
