31 percentile in MAT will only fetch you colleges that are really below in the rankings. So, my advise would be to prepare once more and score more marks. In this way you will have a better chance of enrolling in top colleges and since MAT is offered 4 times in a year, you don't have to wait long for appearing again in the examination. All the best.

Of course, if you are not sure about one college, you need to have a backup with you. So, make sure that you have a few colleges as secondary options and then apply to that too. Good luck.

Fees of MBA is vary from college to college, if you want to take admission in any college then I can tell you more about that college. Apart from that, any tier-B private college will charge you minimum 5-lacs for MBA and IP university in Delhi charges approximately 3 lacs for MBA.

It depends according to the college that you are looking for. On average it will cost you about 5 lakhs but like I said depending on the reputation of the college, it can go up or down. For more clearer information, you can directly contact the institution itself. Also the marks that you scored doesn't have an impact in the fee structure. Fees is completely dependent on the institution that you are looking for. All the best.
