If you are talking about previous year MAT score, the score is valid for one year. There are many colleges that accept MAT score. Please mention your percentile, so that I can guide you better.

And, if you want to pursue MBA after B.Tech in ECE, then it makes sense to pursue a course that starts off from where you left in B.Tech.
