Yes, of course you need to pay the fees, if you are pursuing MBA from a government college. You would get concession in the fees based on scholarship.

You can actually get a lot of colleges. You have a good score. You can apply to the below colleges:
Xavier Business School (XBS), St Xaviers University, Kolkata
KIIT School of Management - KSOM Bhubaneswar

Hi Rakesh, given the fact that you have scores in 70s in class X and XII, this might act as a deterrence for getting calls from IIM despite 3 years of work experience. But, that can be compensated, if you have a great cat score (more than 99 percentile).

The fees of the colleges are between INR 8 Lacs- INR 10 Lacs.

So, to take admission for MBA, the graduation percentage should be greater than 50%, if you are from Open Category. And, if you are from cast then percentage should be greater than 45%. Hope this helps you. Thanks.
