Yes, you are eligible for taking admission in PGDM PHM. You just need a bachelor's degree with minimum of 50% of marks. Any entrance exam like CMAT, CAT, MAT, ATMA, CET, then you can apply for PGDM (PHM).

Yes, definitely, it will be beneficial for you. Although the things will be slightly tough, but if you're sincere you will be easily able to both of them. There are many people in my knowledge who are pursuing both the courses simultaneously. But CS with MBA certificate will definitely be as an advantage in the corporate world. So, I suggest that after completing CS you should do MBA.
Good Luck!

Hello, first of congratulations on your score and your background is also pretty decent. CMAT 86 percentile is enough to be shortlisted for XIME GD-PI process and farily high chances of conversion. Be prepared with the latest news in depth and just be confident in whatever you speak, may it be GD or PI. If at all you've worked earlier then mention how your presence was beneficial to the firm and what were your learnings.
Wish you all the best!

Depends on your career goals, career aptitude, job profile and industry sector that you wish to work in future. If you want to go with MBA after deep knowledge of economics, can learn management programme much better especially in terms of how external environment impacts the businesses and overall impact of economy on industry sectors etc. MBA in finance management would be better option for economics background student.
