Best option are many, but everything depends on you, as you are going to pursue the course, so choose wisely as per your choice and interest.
And, let's come to the serving's part of question.
The answer is yes, you can do MBA, as it's a multidisciplinary course and anyone completed graduation can pursue.

Dear Friend,
This totally depends upon the current stats, but as per mu assumption it will be goo if you have scored >80% in 10,12. And in CAT you have to be above 90%.
But my friend this is totally depends upon.

For old IIM, it is over. But, still if you have cleared the cut off of new IIM, then there are chance that you will get the call, as they usually call after March or mid-march and some IIM calls even in April also.

Sorry to say with no false hopes there are no chances to even qualify for IIM C because for the admission into IIM you need to be good in all areas. Your academics are not that good to get IIM. You can try for other institutions.
