You do have a chance, however, the application process has been stopped. If you have applied, there is a decent chance of getting the interview call.

SIESCOM is a very good College and has very few seats. You can definitely apply and sit for its processes. However, there is no surety that you can convert the call as huge number of students apply to that college who are generally above 90-95 in CAT MH-CET etc. If you are from Maharashtra then you might have a chance.

With your entrance scores, you can apply to ITM, AMITY, Sri Balaji Society's 4 colleges, MIT, IPE, PSGIM, SDMIMD, etc. Try to apply to maximum possible colleges after going through their eligibility criteria, so as to increase your chances of selection. Without giving any entrance exam, it is not possible to get a valuable university for MBA, because it is the rule of AICTE as well as UGC to consider an entrance score, without which you will be denied admission. At least try to give MAT in the month of February.

Distance MBA in marketing or any field fees always low like for example, if the fees for regular MBA is 50k, then in distance maximum it comes under 20k, and classes are conducted in weekend that is Saturday and Sunday.

PGCET will be conducted in July 2019 tentatively. CAT will be held in the last week of November or first week of December.

As far as I have researched, the best B schools in India include top IIMS; XLRI, NMIMS. TSB Jaipur is among the upcoming B-Schools in India.
