If the photo printed on the CA Foundation admit card is unclear, candidates will need to reach out to the examination conducting body and get it rectified before the exam dates. It is very important to have clear photo and signature on the CA Foundation admit card as it is the main document of identification of students.

No, CA Foundation admit card is valid for specific session only. For every session, candidates have to register afresh and new admit card is issued. So, candidates must ensure that they carry admit card of the current examination phase and not that of previous phase. Without the valid CA Foundation admit card, students will not be allowed to enter the exam centre.

Reporting time for CA Foundation exam will be mentioned on the admit card. However, it is advisable to reach the test centre two hours before commencement of the exam. This is to ensure entry is not delayed due to identification process and document verification.

One can register for CA Foundation after Class 10 but can pursue the course only after completing Class 12. Until then, ICAI registration will remain provisional, as the minimum eligibility criteria for CA Foundation is Class 12 pass. The advantage of registering for the course after class 10 though is that you can start preparing for it along with your studies. If you choose commerce stream in class 11 and 12, it will be even easier for you to prepare for CA Foundation.

About 6-8 hours daily would be good for CA Foundation exam preparation. Students must devote 6-8 hours on daily basis and through a time table that must include dedicated hours for studying topics, practicing questions and revision. Students must divide their time basis which subject of CA Foundation they find tough and which ones they find relatively easy.

Yes, CA Foundation books are enough for CA Foundation preparation, but candidates can refer to secondary study material too. ICAI provides sample papers, previous years' question papers, online lectures, mock tests and problem solving sessions for exam preparation. Students must make use of these and also use material provided by coaching centres.
