If student fail to physically report to the venue in GNDU with original documents or do not pay their fees within the three-day window then their allotment will be cancelled automatically. The empty seat is then passed forward into the next round of counselling or open counselling rounds. It is important to keep an update of the official portal dates to avoid losing a seat.
