Scholarships are merit-based irrespective of the university. A very good academic record, high GRE score, extra curriculars such as projects, publications etc are some of the factors. Which California university are you referring to?

Hello Hemant, it is required but candidates with outstanding profiles are considered. Frankly, tough to be considered and recommended that you gain work experience before applying MBA.

Dear Tushar, you can check the answer I just posted to you. Scholarship are merit-based, announced and offered by the universities at the time of admissions. You need not apply separately as all applicants are considered and the brightest ones are selected.

Hello, yes you may. You would have to give your SATs/ACTs and TOEFL. I would strongly suggest that you do your UG in India and go for Master abroad. Thanks for the opportunity. Hope this helps!

Hi
SAT is just one part of whole profile so if you are looking for admission in any of the colleges, you need to hv around 1580 and a holistic profile that includes co-curricular activities, community services etc. In addition to SAT subject based SAT for math is also required. Check here.
