Hi Aisha,
As far as I know if you have a minimum of 60% in your class 12th, then it would be easy to get a student visa in Canada.

Yes, it is possible but considering your academics some of the prestigious colleges may not consider your profile apart from that if you will go with MBA it will be more difficult. Although there are some top ranked colleges which do not consider academics.

It is also better, if you do some research, start learning about the entry requirements by visiting university websites, match the requirements with your profile and have an idea.

Lateral entry is difficult to obtain in foreign universities; you have to check with the universities directly. It will be more challenging in Canada, since you have a three-year degree, whereas they don't accept three-year degree, but accept four years. You will be accepted only if all credit point requirements are met.
