Hi, to apply for the visa first you must apply to an university and receive the admission offer. You have to check the entry requirements on the university websites, your percentage is good but check the IELTS requirement and communicate with them for any queries before applying. See here:

After B.Com, you can pursue PG Diploma in accounting, professional accounting, finance, supply chain and logistics, banking and insurance, etc. Since, you have a three year degree course applying to a Masters will be difficult. You must also check the IELTS score requirements on university websites, for PG level studies normally 6.5 is required but universities can consider or give some flexibility.

If you are planning to work and settle down you need to plan out well. It is best you consult with an immigration agent for rules and norms and proceed accordingly.

Your chances are less for being eligible to apply in Canada. Please try in Australia, New Zealand, UK or USA. Your education background and work experience are not relevant to your desired program very clearly. You must not only demonstrate your interests but must also have the required background that is PCB in 10+2. You should write to the colleges abroad and clarify directly. Pre-requisite courses may be given to you.

These many backlogs won't be accepted so the answer is yes, problems will be there. Even if a college does accept there is a chance of visa rejection. You can try applying but also check universities in other countries which are known to be less competitive than Canada like Poland, Ireland, Sweden, Ukraine, etc.

Admissions require candidates to clear their GRE exams with a respectable score. Few candidates are required to clear a language proficiency test if the medium of instruction in Bachelors was not English.
Other than that, you may need recommendations from your professors, and relevant work experience may also count.
All these factors combined are required for admission to a course in MS to institutes in Canada for MS.
