First of all hotel management is a specialisation. In this specific specialisation, you have to start from the beginning during your training (internship) which you may dislike (waiter) there is a lot of physical work in the beginning but it is to be noted that as you will progress or gain some experience your workload would minimize and once you will become a manager then you have to manage the organisation like any other company.
I personally would advise you if you would like to choose hotel management as a career then you must enroll for a Master's degree as a Bachelor's degree is very common.
However, your salary depends on your experience and your organisation. I am giving you my example. I have 3.5 years of experience in this stream and I am earning 64 k per month. Next year, my salary will be at least double, although there are several people who have left the industry because of the low pay scale. I don't want to demoralize you but in India, it's a low pay scale industry, however, in metro or tourist cities, it has some scope.

Doing MBA or MS or even PGDM from Canada will have value and your work experience may land you into a job, right after your studies, so MBA in international business or strategic management would be your best choice and Canada is the best place for MBA than India right now and even PGDM from Canada has value and you can consider Masters in international business too, but MBA is better than Master's degree. Masters is better than PGDM and budget reduces respectively, so plan according to your need, keep an eye on GMAT (may/may not) its based on the requirement of the university you are applying, but good GMAT score definitely adds your profile and 6.5 band in IELTS with no individual band less than 6 will make your admission easy and Canada have flexible rules for immigration.
