You can do a many things after completing 10+2 with arts stream, first is BA- stands for Bachelor of arts, and it is one of the traditional professional courses, which is a 3 year long course. After BA, you can do MA also. And, BA have many subject present i.e, English Language, History of Cultures, Introduction to Mechanics, Introduction to Graphics as many subject.
BFA stands for Bachelor of Fine Arts. Just like BA, this professional course is also 3 years long course. It is all about visual form and it give specialization in painting, music, dance, photography etc.

First of all, I am glad that you are very clear about what exactly you want to do and it doesn't matter if you got 60% marks in class 12th. I don't know much about Institutes offering game development courses, so I am skipping any suggestions regarding which Institutes to join.
