There are various specializations offered by various colleges in MBA such as:-
Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, Digital Strategy, Human Resource Management (HRM), Operations & Supply Chain Management, International Business (IB), Business Analytics & Data Science, Healthcare & Hospital Management, IT & Systems Management, Entrepreneurship and Retail Management.
I believe the most valued specialisation for today's market is of Real Estate as the demand for a skilled workforce in this sector is growing and the salary offered are lucrative.

Yes you can take admission in Assam Rajiv Gandhi University of Co-operative Management, MBA without MAT but you have to appear for Assam Rajiv Gandhi University of Co-operative Management (ARGUCOM) entrance test and personal interview. Based on the entrance exam score, you can get admission. You need not to appear for MAT.
