You can make your career in the defence services by appearing in NDA exam.
Rest, you can do Diploma of optometry and become an eye surgeon or after doing B.Sc, you can apply for merchant navy. Other options are BBA, BCA, etc.

Candidates aspiring to become an ENT Specialist must possess 5 years MBBS degree followed by 2- 3 years M.S.(ENT) course.
