Hi Somnath,
There are many you-tube videos available online for both 2D and 3d animation.
But please note to learn animation one need to get a hands on training practically.
Just as an hobby one needs to explore then you tube is cool.
At Maac Animation they conduct Free Master Class.

Hi Digbijay,
Many people stay aback thinking about failures and try to cultivate their interests into another field instead of chasing their dreams. Age is just a number , being at 19 you wont be able to play U-19 category but still you can get a direct entry to the state team by performing well at you districts or at regional level.
Pick a better academy which have better facilities and infrastructure suitable for playing cricket. Try to enroll yourself into different clubs or a club where you can get a chance to play some weekend tournaments (Normally you may get recognized and may get a further better chance ).
Try to grow a profession

Short courses on investment banking may not be sufficient to get a good job. In order to become investment banker, you are advised to do MBA finance from top 30 B-schools of India. Majority of investment firms pick up students from these colleges and train them on their tools and techniques.

You don't have to worry about the finance if you are applying to Harvard. The university makes sure that exceptional and deserving candidates get to study and they have a number of schemes for low income families. 100% scholarship which also covers accommodation is also offered. However, to avail such options you must be an exceptional and brilliant candidate. They will look for excellent academics, extracurricular activities, highly intelligent, possessing leadership skills and an interest to give back to the society. You should check the university website for the admission profiles prepare accordingly.
