Firstly, being from any society shouldn't affect your career.
And yes, you can take up either Bachelor's in fashion designing or also do Diploma or any certificate course in the same.
Several colleges in India offer it.

There are various options. You can opt for Diploma in Engineering or an ITI or you can also go for +2 (intermediate) in either science, arts or commerce stream depending upon your choice and future goals.

You should go for BBA (undergraduation course). MBA in event management is an option which you can opt after BBA.
Second option is that you can go for integrated course of 5 years (BBA+MBA).
