BBA graduates are hired by all type of business enterprises of various sectors in different management functions as supervisor or junior managers or research assistants. BBA grads are also eligible to seek job in Government, PSUs, Defense, Paramilitary, Public Sector Banks etc. where eligibility criteria is graduation degree. BBA generally start at average salaries of Rs. 2.5+ Lakhs per annum. In order to have career growth, BBA grads will be required to do MBA or some industry recognized certifications otherwise their career growth will get curtailed.

Probably, he is too young to go through an aptitude test. Give him some time and let him pass through this moments of his life. if you are willing to give him an aptitude test wait for another 1 year and then you can go ahead.
If you want more of his interests to be developed, and then choose a career, then wait until his class 10th, or before he gives his board exam.

Currently for students, who aspire to become lawyer after 10+2, 5 years integrated BA LLB or BBA LLB course offered by multiple universities is the best option. National Law Universities are best option for 5 years integrated law course. NLUs conduct All India Law Entrance Test for 5 years integrated 5 years law degree courses for admission to law universities in India. Lots of private universities also offers five years integrated law degree such as BA-LLB or BBA-LLB or B.Sc-LLB.
