Hi Arvin,
It is difficult to specify a particular college, you should check countries which could be affordable. Germany, Italy, Hungary, Russia, Ireland, Norway, etc. are affordable. Other quite budget friendly could be Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, China, Malaysia, etc. Check colleges in these countries, I hope you find some within your budget.

You need to approach a job consultant for overseas recruitment as this forum can hardly help you and is not meant for such thing.

MBA and M.Sc both are separate courses. One offers you a generalist management degree whereas the other offers you a specialist Masters. Your choice would depend a lot on your interest areas and career aspirations. If you are keen on doing research / technical /teaching / scientist / manufacturing / quality role then go for M.Sc and if you are keen on sales / marketing / operations / customer service then pursue MBA.

MBA in IT has good career prospects. However, the salary is a function of multiple factors and could depend on mix of the following:
Companies paying capacity that visits your FMS campus for placement
Ranking of your college
Your performance at the interview
Your summer project
Your aptitude/personality
Your risk taking ability
Your aspirations
Your base qualification
