It is different for General/OBC and SC/ST, so it depends on which category you fall into. For General category students, it is Rs. 23319 and for SC/ST, it is Rs 13336. This includes Registration, Welfare fund, Library, Water and Electricity, Gym etc.

Try in Private Colleges, State Level Exams, etc.
And, if you don't get success, then opt for B.Sc in Physics, Mathematics.
And, if you don't want to do normal graduation then opt for BCA etc.

First of all it is not a course which determines the career prospects and salary. The nature of the industry and it's application in the modern world only results in career prospects if one chooses that industry.
