The courses at any level in Canada trains you well for the job market, but they do not provide any guarantee on it. For managerial economics, you may check the skill shortage list and see if you have scope of jobs.

It's nice to know your interest in gaming. You have an option of doing a full-time course or part-time. My advice would be to take up job and this course as part time activity. I am attaching a link for these colleges.
