Jerry Butler, an American singer & songwriter, known for being the former lead singer of the R&B vocal group: The Impressions, is among the notable individuals to have pursued his studies from the Governors State University.
He earned his UG & PG degrees in Political Science & Music History respectively from GSU, in the years 1993 & 1998.
Jerry also known as the "Iceman" also went on to become the Commissioner of the Cook County.
Butler was inducted into the "National Rhythm & Blues Hall of Fame" in the year 2015.

To become a professional dancer after class 10, follow these steps:
1. Instruction – Join one of the recognised school for dances or institute that have begun special courses on the specific type of dance preferred by you (for example, classical, contemporary or hip hop). Some of them are Shiamak Davar Dance Academy and The Danceworx.
2. PRACTICE & PERSEVERATION – This is very true, practice makes perfect. It also meant that in order to build experience the school must participate in competitions and performances.

The UGC NET is a national-level examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on behalf of the University Grants Commission (UGC) for determining the eligibility of candidates for the posts of Assistant Professor and for the award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF).
