If you really interested in creative field you can consider going for Design and Animation. There are no specific knowledge and requirement in designing field. Designing field is depends on creativity. This is a field where nobody cares for your qualification, they only see your creativity and quality work. You should look for an institute which can provide you with this course. There is a very high demand if graphic and web designers in today's world.
I recommend you to visit a good animation institution so that you can make a bright future ahead. Also, keep that in mind that the institution can assure you for the placement

2. Being more observant, patient, practice more.
3. Pursuing a course from a well-known institute.
4. Choose a course which starts from basics and takes you to the advanced level.
5. Learn from a good and experienced mentor. Stay connected with the industry guys.

If you want to make career in the same field (Micro Biology), then, yes, you should go for M.Sc.
Then you can apply for CSIR NET Life Science exam, which is the national level eligibility test for Science students to pursue career as Junior Research fellow or a Lecturer.
There are other career options also available after qualifying CSIR NET Exam, like get a job in PSU or pursue PhD, work in CSIR Labs etc.
