There is no flying club in Delhi for pilot training and doing only SPL is not good go for PPL at least. If you want to join classes to complete the exam then it will be good if you go with flying club

Not the best but you can say it's good for pilot training.
You can go for Bombay Flying Club, Chimes etc.

Candidates should have passed 10+2 system and course completed act apprentice or ITI recognized by SCVT/NCVT or Diploma in mechanical/ electrical/electronics /automobile engineering recognized by AICTE or higher qualification for RRB loco pilot.
Minimum age of the aspiring candidate should be 18 years and maximum age limit is 30 years.

To become an airline pilot you need to complete your training flying hours and exams to get CPL, It depends on you that how fast you complete your hours and exams, It takes minimum One Years to do all things

Yes, an aerospace Engineer can become a pilot. He needs to do the pilot training and complete CPL course, because Aerospace engineering is different from flying aircrafts.
