According to me, you hold a LLB degree and a distance MBA degree.
LLB gives you an understanding of legal principles, legal procedures and laws and regulations of countries and then the idea of corporate governance and legal compliance and legal procedures to enter into a business transaction. Master of Business Administration is a post graduate professional degree which gives you an overall understanding of business administration functions and specific industries.

You can prefer MBA or M.Sc. You have to appear for CAT, MAT or XAT for MBA. For M.Sc. you have to appear for TIFR or IIT-JAM.
