Yes, University of Mumbai MBA counseling rules allow students to modify their college options between allocation rounds. If a candidate doesn't get their top choice in 1st round, they can participate in next rounds to upgrade. The system allows them to freeze their current seat or opt for a better allotment if vacancies exist. 

Any seats that remain unfilled after the primary state counseling rounds for Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology MBA programme are converted into direct institutional spot admissions. After qualifying CUET-PG, shortlisted candidates have to come for counselling round with the original and one set of self-attested copies of each of the following documents:

Candidates are required to report to the admission cell at Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith (MGKVP) for document verification and other admission related formalities. Those who fail to report on the given reporting date and time for document verification and final round admission process, will not be considered for admission in that particular session. Hence, candidates are advised to report to the admission cell at MGKVP on the given date and time along with all necessary documents required during the verification process to avoid any last minute hassle.
