Hi,
The question is too generic. If you opt footwear designing, you may get career as a merchandiser in a footwear company, if you do costume designing, you will be merchandiser with textile units, clothing company, retail, etc. It's you who need to decide in which industry you want to go.

Indian IT industry prefers B.Tech CS/IT/ECE or MCA or M.Sc CS/IT for entry level developer and tester roles. BCA is an entry level qualification for junior technical roles in small and medium enterprises in IT industry or corporate. It will be ideal to plan your education minimum up to MCA for a meaningful career in IT industry.

AS you have MIS experience and you also want to make career in IT industry, you may please evaluate doing full time MBA IT. It will prepare you for Pre-Sales support , Account Management and Business Analysis roles in IT industry. If you are not in position to do full time MBA you may do SAP CO certification to become a functional consultant.

In India, MBA degree can be awarded by any recognized university or by a Business School affiliated to any university.
