Yes it is a good option. After graduating you have job opportunities in top IT companies. You will get knowledge of computer languages like JAVA, .NET, PHP along with some other subjects.

It depends on the field. If you want to build you career in biological agriculture, then B.Sc agriculture is very good, but if you want some technical line, then I would suggest B.Tech agriculture is very good.
