Hi Anmol,
Rather than MBA, there is a good career scope in CMA (US) which can be completed within 8 months period of time comparing to MBA, CMA (US) will be short period and having scope all over the world and you will be selected in top most leading companies.

Unlike India, MBA specialization options in USA are numerous. If you keep in mind your interest areas and you pick up the right discipline you do stand a very good chance of doing well on the career front in US. However, if you want to complete MBA in US and then come to India to seek employment then you would be at a disadvantage compared to Indian students as they have the advantage of campus placement drives at their respective institutes.

If you pursue MBA from the respective countries then you do have a good chance to seek employment. A good career is dependent on many other factors apart from seeking an MBA.
However, if you have done MBA in general management from India then job opportunities in USA/Ireland would be bleak for you.
