For Bachelor's degrees, yes you usually need C1 level German. For Master's degrees, no many public universities offer courses 100% in English. Learning basic German (A1/A2) is highly recommended for daily life (shopping, making friends).

Yes, Indian students can avail almost free tuition at most German public universities. They must cover living costs around €850-€1000/month, semester fees (€150-€350), and provide proof of funds via a blocked account for their visa application.

No, the university does not have an official club or society for students from India. However, there are many Indian students on the ue university of europe for applied sciences campus. They run their own private students groups and channels and warmly welcome Indian students and help them with whatever they need.

The university runs several student clubs based on a student's key interest, this includes the Movie Night Club, Sports Club, Student Events clubm and Environment club, among others.

Students can apply for a scholarship via an academic advisor. Students would need to download an application form from the official UE Germany website. After filling out the form and attaching the documents, the application is sent to the advisor. They can submit the same to the Student Advice portal in case there's no advisor assigned or available.

Yes, Indian students would have to pay a tax only if they make more than INR 59 K every month. The tax will then be paid to the German state where they are currently working. To pay the tax, students would first need a tax number.
