Candidates are required to be B.Tech MCA or M.Sc CS/IT etc.
B. Sales, marketing and business development roles after MBA.
C. Business analyst role after MBA or domain expertise.
D. Support role is HR, finance, admin, security, audit etc. after functional specialization degrees and qualifications.

Your academic performance, CAT/GMAT score, performances in GD and PI will be counted depending on the institute. Each parameter is assigned a particular weightage on the basis of which the final merit list is prepared. The parameters and their weights vary with each of the IIMs.
Over the last couple of years, group discussion is being replaced by written ability test. Until last year, IIM - Calcutta and Lucknow conducted GD rounds as a part of their selection process, but from 2015 onwards, both the institutes have exempted the GD rounds and now only conduct What-PI as a part of their selection process.

Hello Vishal Yadav,
In 25 lakhs, you can only get CPL with 200 hours flying in Cessna Aircraft but you cannot be a commercial pilot and fit for flying commercial aircrafts in Rs.25 lakhs. You need at least Rs.80 lakhs to be a pure pilot with a job.

First, you need to decide which career do you want in cricket? Do you want to be a cricketer, a cricket commentator or a cricket journalist?
In terms of other sports, it would be great if you decide your area of interest and in which you wish to make your career and then take the coaching for the same to train yourself and take a platform to perform. Eventually, if you become good in that specific sport, then you may have a lot of options further.

Join a cricket academy, and play well. Try out for some club selection and show them what you have got. Give trials for state selections and zonal level cricket competitions, and then you may have the chance to play Ranji. Slowly, you will get better and can play international cricket.
Note: Age doesn't matter.
Abhimanyu Mithun (Indian cricket bowling ace) started his career at the age of 17 and played international cricket at the age of 20.
