Both are totally different streams. BCA is an IT based professional course and BBA is a management based professional course. Now, if you want to do MBA, BBA is the best way for you because MBA is also a vast management course.

No, if you have not had PCM subjects in XIIth, you cannot seek admission in engineering college Fahad. I suggest you opt for BDA or B.pharma now.

As OBC, you will be having reservation quota at your disposal which you can use for getting admission in the engineering college of some choice of yours.

If you yourself do not have any options, it is better not to drop from engineering and somehow complete it. However, if you have certain specific interest in any other field, in that case, you may drop out and do that. If you have any specific business plan or if there is any family business, the alternative is to join that.

Yes, you can go for higher studies in USA. There are many universities which provide B.Tech courses and you can do part time job also. After completing, you can apply for a Job there.
