If you want to become Businessman you should have enough knowledge to start your own business so there are many courses which you can pursue in oder to start your own business. You can find good universities in all who offer english medium of education.
For Philippines it is important to know that after 12th you first get enrolled for BS (Bachelor's in Science) program which is of 1 to 1.5 years. After this you need to clear an entrance exam NMAT with minimum 40% to get enrolled for MD (Doctor of Medicine), which is equivalent to MBBS in India.
