Last decade was for Software Development outsourcing for Indian IT industry. Next decade will belong to IT Services & Infrastructure outsourcing. It is a good decision to do Hardware & Networking specialisation after B.Tech. If you are an Electronics graduate then it is a good career path for you.

If you get admission in B.Tech. then try to do. But if for any reason like low percentage in 12th you're not able to get admission in B.Tech. then definitely enroll in BCA. The combination of BCA + MCA is equivalent to B.Tech. in C.S./I.T.
Therefore, by doing either B.Tech. or BCA + MCA you can become software engineer.

Since you have Biology, then Medicine is not a bad choice. This includes MBBS, BDS, BVSc, BHJMS, BAMS, Nursing, B Sc Agriculture and so on. B Sc in Sciences, Mathematics, Bio Technology and Bio Informatics are also preferred by many. BBA and BCA are also proven choices.

If you are subject bound, then you may prefer an M Tech. If you are interested in Management, then MBA is a good choice. You may also top yourself up with Certification Programmes.

After doing BCA + MCA and MBA in IT you can join any big well known company as an IT expert or system engineer. Also, you can apply for government jobs in government sectors.
If you are an expert in coding then you can apply for jobs abroad.

You can go in sugar industry, fertilizer industry, government job, etc. after agricultural engineering.
