You are advised to evaluate B.Tech CS/IT, B.Sc IT or BCA degree to become an Application Developer. If you do not want to study for degree course, you can do short courses on computer languages. But with this option you will face challenges in getting a job.

MBA is definitely the best option after BMS. If you are not planning to MBA then you may evaluate Banking & Insurance certification or SAP certification or IIBA certification etc

I suggest you to complete your 12th with any subject which you feel easier for you to pass from NIOS because it will help you to take admission in good Hotel Management colleges. After 12th you can take admission and start your career as a great cook.

As you have done graduation & diploma in computer, I will advise you to do either MCA if you had Maths at +2 stage or MBA IT. Bith optis will give you good career opportunities.
