Regarding NIOS acceptance I will advice you to contact the university's admission office. Though NIOS is recognized globally, its acceptance by a certain university depends on the university itself. It is recommended that you communicate with the university before applying.
In addition, to be considered for admissions at EHL all international students must take SAT or ACT plus IELTS or TOEFL. For students from India a minimum of 70% is required in 10+2. nothing is wrong in study but why are you want to do networking engineer. B' coz commerce is a wide field you can do graduation with any diploma course. in my point if view it is not right way b'coz your background is commerce.
