Dear Arjun,
After 12th in commerce there are various career opportunities such as,
If you got good % in 12th somewhere in 90's or so then my suggestion is to go for a regular B.com hons from DU, and then appear for CAT/SNAP/XAT for MBA during your final year of college.
If you failed to get good score in 12th then my suggestion is go for Graduation from correspondence and along with that go for professional course such as CA/CS/ICWA.
What you opt in graduation is entirely your wish as per your interest, but my recommendation is if you got 90% or + then opt for DU, and B.com Hons, otherwise if you still want to attend regular college with l

Choose a course you are interested in. Still if you want a course to help you with the preparation of IAS, you can choose BA in sociology, history, economics or law.

Hello sid, right now you should concentrate on your studies, still if you want to start preparing at home then here are few things you should start practicing every day. Solve at least one topic of basic mathematics and logical reasoning daily, read newspaper and stay updated with current affairs. You can start preparing for upsc in 2nd or final year of your graduation because right now you should make your base stronger and study well so that you score well in 12th board.
