There is not one single book. You read several and prepare notes. You have to master whatever you have read. You have to start your preparation early and do it steadily. Start with some general book. Then, motivate yourself. Reading goes on, without an end.

No such reputed and government institutions take admission without Jee entrance basis but ya u might get admissions in private institutions.

To become a civil servant, you should crack UPSC exam.
For that you should be a degree holder.
If you want to become a civil servant then start preparing from now itself as the examination is very competitive. Only around 1200 to 1500 people get selected every year.

You can become a pilot by following two paths i.e.
1.CPL(Commercial pilot license) holder after spending lots of money and training with the aviation institutes
2. Join Indian Air forceIf you are ready to take the difficult challenge of working in the defence forces then you can give CDS or AFCAT. After clearing these exams and eventually SSB you can join the elite IAF as flying lieutenant.
