Yes, you may pursue pilot course after completing Diploma in Computer science.
You need to be at least 17 years old and should have qualified 10+2 with maths, chemistry and physics. Training to become a pilot is quite laborious and expensive. Before taking on the role of a pilot, you need to obtain a commercial pilot's license, issued by the Director General (civil aviation) http://dgca.nic.in/. soo next u will do 2 years intermediate in arts stream.
after that u have to do degree 3 years from any recognised college.
Then at the age of 22 u have to write civil services exam conducted by upsc which has 3 steps-
Then after qualifying ur exam acc to ur rank first 200 will get IAS and next rank will get IPS .
The number of persons selected for IAS or IPS will differ every year acc to vacency
This year only 178 were selected for ias
