If you wish to offer consultancy services also, then a B Arch will offer you ample opportunities. Clearance of NATA will be a requirement. For B Tech in Computer Science, there are more opportunities in industries and seems to be a growing trend. Entrepreneurship can be your choice and seems to be an interesting option when both streams are considered.

If your only aim is Civil Services, then any recognised graduation will make you eligible to appear for Civil Services examination. But in case you happen to miss the boat, you may be having other plans. For Medical stream including MBBS, BHMS, BAMS, BDS, B Sc Agriculture of Nursing, prefer Science stream. If you have plans for engineering, prefer PCM. If you wish to learn accountancy and finance and would like a career in banking or insurance sector or would like to work as an accountant in an office, Commerce stream may be preferred. Lets hope for the better, any way.

I consider testing as a very specialized skill, not everyone can perform good, efficient and comprehensive testing. So, if you are good in testing, I would recommend that you continue with it - understand the theoretical concepts of testing and apply them using variety of testing tool.
