Hi Ravi,
You can definitely opt for industry relevant certifications which are designed basically to provide an extra edge to an individual by giving them an in-depth knowledge in a particular area of subject.
Oracle, CCNA,CISCO etc are a few good options for an IT professional. Pursuing any certificate course would add an extra achievement to your resume.

HowFirstly you should appear in JEE( main + advance) exam to get admission in top IITS. Because all IITS take admission through jee advance. To get admission in top IITS you require top rank in jee advance. Another you can also apply for BITSAT exam for this.
