of course yes as a graduate you are eligible to join Indian Navy but only after qualify in the requisite entrance examination and to fulfill the other criteria.

It will depend on your experience and skills. While IIT gives you a tag, how well you do in your interview , ideas , team work etc decides your package.

Placements are good in IISWBM mainly in marketing and finance. Very few people opt for systems and the placements aren't very good.

Eligibility criterion for Metro train operator is three years Engineering Diploma
in Electrical/Electronic or equivalent or BSC Hons in (Physics/Chemistry/Maths) or BSc(Physics/Chemistry/Maths) from a Govt recognized University/Institute. Therefore, you are not eligible for the role of Metro team operator. You are eligible for drivers role with Indian Railways. Railways hires drivers by exam conducted by Railway Recruitment Boards.

Railways is under central Government in India. Railways hires Class I engineers through Indian Engineering Services exam. You can join Railways Mechanical branch and will then may have opportunities to work in Government owned engine manufacturing unit in Varanasi UP and Chitranjan WB. You can also appear for class II and below technical services openings of Junior Engineer for which railways conducts its own examination through Railway Recruitment Board. Railways has its own R&D department named RDSO in Lucknow. You can aslo join them for design of Railway engine and other mechanical components.

Dear Ankit,
Regarding this you can opt Physics, maths,stats or chemistry hons through that you can pursue your aim .
Even you can opt Economics hons , Political science, Philosophy or Sociology programme
and when you were in final year you can start preparation for IAS and atleast give 1 year to give the exam .
