Here is the suggested plan, modify as per your need.
1. Get your basics right with NCERT for grade 11 and 12 for physics, chem and bio.
2. Take a mock test of medical entrance like AIPMT and check where you stand and how much more is required.
3. Join coaching to stay regular with your studies and you learn how to answer precisely.
4. Take lot of mock tests before exam.
