Hi Payal,
Air Hostess, Flight Attendant, Cabin Crew, Flight Steward and Flight Stewardess are all synonyms of one another.
There is only a very secondary difference i.e.:
- Cabin crew/Flight Attendant - The total no. of airline serving on board,responsible for the customer service, safety procedures, embarkation, disembarkation etc
- Air hostess/Flight stewardess - The female cabin crew on board.
- Air steward - The male cabin crew on board.

Character Animation is about the skill to make the character act through Animation. It's similar to the puppet show you may have seen many times.
Once you have learnt your program in Animation, enhance your skills by doing short film/ internet or update by learning through internet. You may do best learning while you are at work.
