Hi Anil,
Their is no fixed percentage criteria to become a finance manger. But one should score more than 55% in +2 to get admission in good colleges.

To be an economist. You need to have an indepth knowledge about economics. For this i would suggest you to go for Masters in economics from a good college which will help you understand the basic nuances of economic policies and how economy chain runs. For this I would suggest you few good colleges like UPES Dehradoon, DSE, christ college, ashutosh college Kolkata. They have good economics faculty among the rest.
