IIA Group offers only Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Course (approved by DGCA, Govt. of India) related to aviation which is totally different course from Aeronautical Engineering.
In AME Course student learnt how to maintain an aircraft, and how to keep it airworthy. After completion of this course one can perform all the maintenance activities on aircraft.

However if you are currently working and wish to pursue MBA without leaving your job in that case you may consider pursuing distance MBA, as by doing this you may easily maintain balance between your job and studies.
